Job Duties:

Manually move materials or perform other general labor. Load and unload materials. Clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials; may clean and prepare sites for new pools or renovations. The employer will offer 54 hours of work per week. Normal schedule Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm, with 30 minutes unpaid break time, and Saturday from 6am-10am. Workdays, hours and shift time may vary depending on weather conditions. Basic rate of pay: $33.26 per hour. Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. End of season bonus pay possible. Overtime will be available and may be required. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $49.89 per hour. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid weekly.
