- Job Duties:
- Carry linens, towels, toilet items and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways and other areas of the resort to ensure health standards are met. Empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays and transport all trash and to waste disposal areas. Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies and bathroom items. Clean rugs, carpets, furniture, and draperies. Inspect physical condition of facilities to determine type of work required. Keep storage areas and carts well stocked, clean, and tidy. Examine work performed to ensure it meets established standards. Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: All workers will work a minimum or no less than 35 hours per week and 5 shifts per week, including holidays. Shifts: 9am to 5pm; and 4pm to 12am (midnight). Different shifts not listed may be needed based on work demand. - Three months of experience as a housekeeper. Must be available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Must pass pre-employment drug test and background checks. Paragon Casino Resort pre-screens all applicants through drug test and background checks, including domestic and H-2B visa employees, and seasonal and full-time annual positions. These standards are applied to all applicants regardless of their national origin, race, or gender.
