Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), trimmer, edger, backpack blower, wheel barrel, broom, rake, shovel, spade. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks which may include a combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, aerating, seedings, weeding, mulching and raking. Work is generally performed Monday - Friday, but Saturdays may be necessary depending on weather. OT may be available but is not guaranteed. Work will be performed at multiple locations within Lincoln, Jefferson, St. Louis, Warren, Franklin, Madison, St. Clair, Monroe, and St. Charles Counties. Extensive and frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, sitting and walking. Workers are subject to post-injury/incident drug testing, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, US and foreign/H-2B.
