Job Duties:

Carrying the lumber, concrete forms, setting the forms under the direction of a supervisor, stripping the forms and cleaning the forms. Mix concrete under the direction of a supervisor. Use shovels, hammers, saws, wheelbarrows, mixers, brooms, buckets, drills and measuring tapes for this work. Carry the flooring and tools. Cut and hand the flooring to craft workers. Carry the lumber and tools. Cut and fasten wood using hammers, measuring tapes, drills, skill saws, pneumatic nailers and staplers under the supervision of a lead framer. Carry and mix the paint using buckets and wood mixers. Apply primer to rough areas using brushes and rollers. Cleaning up the construction site using cleaning tools such as brooms, mops, buckets, wheelbarrows and industrial vacuums.

Some weekend work. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs 75 yds. 3 months of experience with remodeling is required. Must be able to handle temperature extremes. Will travel to worksites daily.
