Job Duties:
Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. May take orders from customers and serve patrons at counters or tables. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, including wash, peel, cut, prepare/grill/cook/fry foods. Clean dining areas and work areas, wash dishes, pots and pans. Stock service areas with supplies, empty trash and perform assorted side duties.

Special Requirements:
Requires twelve months of line cook experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Fluent English skills required. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Shift hours may vary. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions.
