Job Duties:

Produce high quality food according to recipes & menus or assigned special in a timely, organized manner. Prepare, season & cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Ensure a high level of sanitation & safety at all times. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, 5-day schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift times: 2:30pm-11pm, 10am-6:30pm. Shift includes 30 minutes unpaid break time. Work days, hours, and shift times may vary with business needs. Basic rate of pay $15.39 per hour. Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Overtime may be available. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $23.09 per hour. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid weekly
