- Job Duties:
- Clean dishes, kitchens and backroom walls and floors, culinary equipment, and utensils. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and silverware. Stock clean dishes, glassware, equipment and shelves. Mop floors, empty trash, clean trash cans and clean out walk-ins. Clean equipment to include ovens, fryers, broilers, steam tables, hotbox, speed rack, and oval carts. Disposable gloves, heavy duty yellow gloves, heavy duty googles used while cleaning. Clean oil trap for main fryer’s. Handle cleaning chemicals and compounds in compliance with Health Department and MSDS program standards. Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: Employer will offer a minimum of no less than 35 hours per week. Open 7-days a week (overnights and holidays included). Shifts: 7am to 2:30pm, 2pm to 9:30pm, 4pm to 11:30pm, 12am to 7:30am. Shift schedule start and end times, and days off vary depending on work demand.
