- Must be able to lift and carry 80 lbs, 20 yds. Must pass criminal background check which will be conducted during the pre-hire process and carried out equally between us and H-2B workers. Proper and accurate use of tape measure required. Will be exposed to heights, temperature extremes, strenuous physical activity, and repetitive motions. Will travel to worksites within areas of intended employment.
