Job Duties:

Maintain accommodation rental units in a clean and orderly manner. Clean guest rooms, in-unit kitchens, bathrooms, conference facilities, halls and all public area spaces. Remove, sort, fold, carry and replace linens; make beds; replenish supplies. Set up guest room and meeting room furniture, pictures and amenities according to standards. Dust, mop, vacuum, extract/shampoo carpets, clean/polish mirrors and windows, dispose of refuse. Clean and sanitize according to standards. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, workdays vary Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift time 8am-5pm. Shift time includes 1-hour unpaid break time. Workdays and shift times may vary with events and occupancy. Employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. The employer will provide WIFI and a $35/month stipend for employees to utilize their smart phone during the course of business. Overtime may be available, only when approved by Management. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $25.35 per hour. The employer will provide daily transportation from employee housing to the main worksites in Avon and Kitty Hawk to and from all worksite locations.

Must pass a post-employment criminal background check, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work a 5-day workweek, including weekends and holidays. Applicants must complete an employment application. Applicants must be able to use their smart phones to use our work assignment tracking tool (the Field App) and our employee clock-in/clock-out tool (UKG App). Required uniform provided at no cost to employee.
