Job Duties:

***RFI response*** Regarding the location of where the tasks of “take orders" and “serve prepared items", both tasks will be done at the Food Preparation Workers’ designated workstation(s). All orders are received in ticket form and will be given to the Food Preparation Workers from the waiter/waitress staff. Then the prepared food/beverage items will be served to the waiter/waitress staff who then take the items to the customer(s). No direct interactions will take place between the Food Preparation Workers and the customer(s). Please see below for the edited Job Description that clarifies these tasks with the edits being highlighted. Assists with food preparation and serving. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, including wash, peel, cut, prepare food; take ticket orders brought by waiters and waitresses for food and beverage orders at their workstations; Distribute food to waiters and waitresses to serve to customers. Remove dishes from tables or counters, clean dining areas and work areas, wash dishes, pots and pans. Stock service areas with supplies, empty trash and perform assorted side duties and ability to follow instructions.
