Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, including wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, compactors. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, mulching, spreading topsoil, removing debris. Entry level; requires supervision. Assists mason to lay stone/brick/block/tile with mortar, using masonry tools. Mix/apply concrete; move concrete/gravel by wheelbarrow and by hand. Lift/carry/hold materials/tools/supplies; clean equipment/work areas; use hand/power tools and equipment; lift/position forms/panels; load/unload equipment from trucks.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid post-hire drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers upon suspicion of use. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
