- Job Duties:
- Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Operate hand, power tools, and other equipment and instruments to perform tasks such as installing, repairing, and laying sanitary and sewer systems, drains, and water mains. Construction laborers will help prepare the sites for excavation to ensure a safe and proper excavation. Align and join sections of pipe and check slopes for conformation to requirement, using levels or lasers. The construction laborer will clean and prepare sites, set braces to support the sides of excavations, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials.
