Direct and may participate in the preparation and creation of sushi dishes, consisting of preparation of traditional Japanese dishes (Sushi Rolls, Sashimi, Nigiri, Poke Bowls). Supervise kitchen: Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts. Must Have Valid Washington State Food Worker Card and Servsafe Alcohol Washington Certificate. At least 1 year experience. Attention to detail is a must.
