- Keep buildings or offices in clean and orderly condition through heavy cleaning duties. Perform routine maintenance activities such as servicing, cleaning and supplying restrooms, cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish and waste cans. Conduct basic security checks such as lock doors, check electrical appliances, etc. Notify management of need for repairs, safety hazards, etc.
