Job Duties:

Maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: trimming, raking, lifting and piling tree debris, using blower to clean worksite, load and unload equipment from work trucks. Entry level, requires supervision.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire random, post-accident and upon suspicion of use drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Workers who drive company vehicles are eligible for an additional $0.50/hr (driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position). Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours. While our standard hours of operation are 7:00AM to 3:00PM (8 hours) five days a week, our workers get a 30 minute unpaid lunch each day. As such, the actual hours offered is 37.5 hours per week.
