- Job Duties:
- Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat and preparing sauces. Cook menu items. Set up and break down cooking line, gathering all supplies needed to prepare meals. Covers, dates and stores all leftover re-usable products. Stock inventory and supplies. Clean up station and kitchen including, breakdown cardboard, sweeps and mops floors, clean all pots, pans, flatware and utensils. Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend. Push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
