Job Duties:

Perform manual labor to landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Mow, trim, plant, water, fertilize, dig and rake. Use shovels, rakes, weed eaters, push mowers, hedge trimmers, axes, chain saws and pruners. Remove weeds, gather and remove trash, including dog/fowl manure. Clean comfort stations. Maintain equipment, structures, fences, and parking lots using hand/power tools. Plant flowers, shrubs and trees.

Special Requirements:

No education or experience required. Must lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work outdoors, in extreme temperatures, and in adverse weather. Requires physical stamina. Extensive stooping, squatting, bending and walking. Must be dependable and follow instructions. Drug free workplace. Drug testing will be carried out equally between U.S. workers and H-2B workers throughout the employment period at employer's expense. Negative drug test results required prior to starting work. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
