Job Duties:

Help Carpenters by performing duties including supplying or holding materials or tools and cleaning work area and equipment. Take measurements, cut material using hand and power tools. Assist carpenters with installation of structures or fixtures such as framing material, windows, doors and flooring. Work as a team to complete assigned tasks and clean up the worksite after the day is over which includes the clean-up of debris, rubble and other waste materials. Maintain and care for tools/equipment to ensure safety and proper functionality, as well as organizing the workshop and work trailers.

Special Requirements:

ABILITY TO LIFT 150 LBS WITH ASSISTANCE. RANDOM DRUG TESTING POST HIRE, AT EMPLOYER'S EXPENSE FOR ALL WORKERS, BOTH DOMESTIC AND H-2B. 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS CONSTRUCTION WORKER/HELPER, INCLUDING EXPERIENCE ASSISTING CARPENTERS WITH FRAMING, ROOFING, STAIR BUILDING AND VARIOUS ROUGH CARPENTRY WORK. SATURDAY WORK REQUIRED,WHEN NECESSARY.
