- Job Duties:
- The carpenter will perform tasks such as installation of foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using different materials, fit and install window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using carpentry tools such as a level, plumb bob, and laser level, erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level, study blueprints, sketches, and plans to determine dimensions and materials needed, shape and cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws, build and repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors and other wooden fixtures in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, and power tools, inspect structures to detect broken and damaged structures, remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace them, using hand tools, follow established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a clean and safe environment, move necessary materials around jobsite as assigned and be sure to clean up worksite debris. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing. Must be flexible, communicate effectively, speak English, be a team player. Weekends and holidays are required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

- This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing. Must be flexible, communicate effectively, speak English, be a team player. Weekends and holidays are required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Employees will work Mon-Sun an average of 40 hours/wk. Must be able to work any 8-hour shift within the hours of 8:00 am to 10:00 pm any day of the week, days off rotate, shifts vary.
