Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, pruning, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. May drive crew vehicle. A driver’s license is not required. If a worker has a non-commercial driver’s license, they may drive a crew vehicle to worksites as needed.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds unassisted and 80 pounds with assistance, when necessary. OT, Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. The position requires walking, standing, and physical activity in outdoor weather conditions for approximately 8 hours per day. Employees must be able to handle and move objects using hands and arms in handling installing, and positioning and moving materials and manipulating things. Employees must be able to perform general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, legs, and moving the whole body, such as lifting, balancing, climbing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
