- Job Duties:
- Landscape and lawn maintenance, including tree planting, sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting shrubs and flowers, weeding, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation. Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers. Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs. Spring and Fall leaf and landscape bed clean-up. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Assists with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units, such as retaining walls.

- Must lift/carry 75 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours per day in all weather conditions, including cold, snow, heat, and rain.
