Job Duties:

Groundskeeper • 4 openings from 4/1/25 through 12/15/25. • Temporary, Full time • Grounds maintenance includes but not limited to mowing, mulching, weeding, brush clearing, pruning, sweeping, raking, gardening, outdoor projects, planting landscape materials and trash collection. Must be able to operate various hand and/or power mowers. Some heavy lifting is required. Work under extreme weather hot & cold for extended period of time. • Monday through Sunday. Min 35hrs/wk. varies shifts 7a-2p, 10a-5p & 3p-10p. Scheduled shift and workdays vary. May rotate/split shifts. Weekends & holidays required. • Min. starting wage $20.53 per hour. OT may be available over 40hours per week at $30.80/hr. Annual raises may be offered based on experience and performance. • Pay biweekly. • No on-the-job training provided. • No education is required. • Min. 1-month hotel/resort experience required. • Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free. • Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. • Guaranteed work for total hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period. • If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay or reimburse directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $15.88/day and max $59/day with receipts), if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $15.88/day and max $59/day with receipts), upon departure. • Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. • Optional co-ed shared housing subject to availability at $165-$185 per week and will be deducted bi-weekly in addition to all deductions required by law. Very limited single accommodations may be available at $330-$360/week A non-refundable administration fee of $225.00 will be deducted. • Complimentary daily transportation to/from employee housing.
