Job Duties:

Guest Service Associates will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting guests, assisting guests with carrying luggage to and from their rooms, distributing information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. Guest Service Associates will also be responsible for inspecting guest rooms and making sure the rooms are properly cleaned and ready for check-in. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 3:00pm or 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
