Job Duties:

Kitchen Stewards will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and cleaning floors with a mop or floor machine, preparing (without cooking) various foods for cooking, stocking and maintaining ingredients, sorting and removing trash regularly, and tidying (without deep cleaning) bathrooms. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 3:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
