Job Duties:

Guest Experience Associates will be responsible for generating a positive and welcoming environment for guest arrival, operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting guests, assisting with booking reservations and answering questions, assisting guests with carrying luggage to and from their rooms, distributing information and schedules, communicating with the Housekeeping department to ensure seamless daily operations, inspecting guest rooms and making sure the rooms are properly cleaned and ready for check-in, setting up and breaking down the breakfast area, and preparing and organizing breakfast options for guests. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:30am - 3:30pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm, or 2:00pm - 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
