- WILL TRAIN TO PREPARE, SEASON, AND COOK SOUPS, MEATS, POULTRY, SEAFOOD, VEGETABLES, DESSERTS, AND OTHER FOOD ITEMS IN A RESTAURANT. (THIS PROPERTY IS AN INN WITH A RESTAURANT LOCATED INSIDE THE INN.) BE ABLE TO TAKE AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE HEAD CHEF. CLEAN STATION DURING AND AFTER DINNER SERVICE. COMPLY WITH ALL NUTRITION AND SAFETY STANDARDS. ATTENDS TO THE DETAIL AND PRESENTATION OF EACH ORDER. ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING CLEANLINESS OF THE WORK AREA AND EQUIPMENT. SHIFT REQUIRED TO WORK IS: 2PM-10PM. 40 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS PER WEEK, WEDNESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
