- Job Duties:
- Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of: mowing, trimming, deadheading, planting, mulching, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, tamping, and transporting materials to/from and across job sites; Install sprinkler, drainage, and low voltage landscape lighting systems using hand shovels to dig shallow trenches 6-9” wide up to 12” deep, sod, edging, mulch, cobble, road base and various soils and decorative rock using shovels, wheelbarrows and a mini skid loader. Install railroad tie products for landscape timbers about 8’ long which are stacked to create landscape walls, mortarless segmental concrete units, and mortarless natural stone. Clean up debris.

- Able to lift 50lbs. Must be physically fit and able to work outside in inclement weather conditions. Monday-Friday, some Saturdays may be required, schedule varies, overtime varies. Drug testing during employment for cause; Post-Accident Drug Testing. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employees citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company.
