- Job Duties:
- Mow/trim/blow properties, leaf removal, plant care, pruning, watering, weeding, planting, mulching, bed edging, shovel sand/rock/dirt, pick up/clean debris, operate/maintain equipment/shop such as: change mower edges on the mower using a wrench to untighten/tighten nut/bolt holding new mower blade on the mowing deck, wash and dry equipment such as trucks and mowers using water, rags, and soap, sweep floors of debris brought in from vehicle and foot traffic using a push broom and dust pan, remove full trash bags by hand and place in dumpster onsite, place new bag in plastic garbage containers, remove trash from mowing trucks that is collected from customer sites, place plastic bottles in recycling container, place trash in dumpster, both of which are onsite, close and lock all gates at the job site. May operate vehicles.

- Able to lift 100lbs. Able to bend, lift, and walk on uneven sloped or rough terrain. Must be physically able to perform the work as required. Monday-Friday, some Saturdays may be required, schedule varies, start/end times vary, overtime varies. Pre-hire background check required. All background checks are performed equally as to U.S. workers and H-2B workers, and all fees are paid for by the company.
