Job Duties:

The worker will partner with the Director of Food and Beverage and Manager of Food and Beverage to help effectively manage the restaurant through observance, teamwork, and ensuring floor presence, and attend and initiate department meetings as necessary. The worker will assist with any member or guest issues and concerns in a professional, courteous manner. The worker will maintain a thorough understanding of restaurant menu items and have knowledge of food and beverage pairings. The worker will ensure continual product quality control and procedures are maintained daily. The worker will ensure all cleaning schedules, temperature records, and opening/closing checklists are completed and recorded daily for all F&B outlets on the property. The worker will maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies, and government, safety, health, and security standards are fulfilled at all times. The worker will monitor inventory levels through regular inventory checks for all F&B outlets, maintain all equipment, and be sure it is properly handled and maintained by all food and beverage staff.

Special Requirements:

Ten (10) months of food and beverage experience in a high-volume restaurant, resort or private club. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and an ability to work a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including, but not limited to, working outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than 50 pounds. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Read, write, speak, and understand English.
