- PREPARE, SAUTE,COOK SUCH FOODS AS MEATS, FISH, VEGETABLES, POULTRY. KEEP KITCHEN AREAS CLEAN. MAY GET UP TO 10 HOURS/WEEK OVERTIME WHEN AVAILABLE. SLIDING SCALE $21.00-$25.00 P/HR REG & $31.50-$37.50 P/HR OT BASED ON PERFORMANCE. END OF SEASON BONUSES BASED ON PERFORMANCE. TEMPORARY FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT. DAYS VARY MONDAY-SUNDAY. PAID WEEKLY ON FRIDAY. MUST WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS. ROTATING SHIFTS 10AM-11PM.
