Job Duties:

Mow, cut, water, edge lawns; maintain lawns/landscape using mowers, edgers, weed eaters, blowers: rake and blow leaves; dig holes and trenches with shovels with a max depth/width of 3ft to plant & install sprinkler systems; install landscape & install & repair sprinkler systems; pull, chop weeds, prune and haul topsoil and mulch; spread grass seed, fertilizer and mulch. Installation of mortarless segmental masonry. May operate motorized vehicles/equipment. Maintain equipment to ensure in proper working order, check oil, replace blades, clean, notify supervisor when maintenance is needed. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. Post Hire/Employer Paid Drug Test. Post Hire/Employer Paid Background Check Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Allen, TX. 0 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
