- WILL TRAIN TO PREPARE, SEASON, AND COOK SOUPS, MEATS, SEAFOOD, POULTRY, VEGETABLES, DESSERTS, AND OTHER FOOD ITEMS IN A RESTAURANT ACCORDING TO RECIPES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CHEF . MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF THE KITCHEN AND EQUIPMENT. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 8AM-3PM AND/OR 3PM-10PM. AT LEAST 35 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
