- Job Duties:
- WILL TRAIN TO KEEP BUILDINGS IN CLEAN AND ORDERLY CONDITION. PERFORM HEAVY CLEANING DUTIES SUCH AS CLEANING FLOORS, SHAMPOOING RUGS, WASHING WALLS AND GLASS, AND REMOVING RUBBISH. DUTIES MAY INCLUDE TENDING FURNACE AND BOILER, PERFORMING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES, NOTIFYING MANAGEMENT OF NEED FOR REPAIRS, AND CLEANING DEBRIS FROM SIDEWALK. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 9AM-5PM, AND/OR 4PM-11PM. 40 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
