Job Duties:

Work in a pizza restaurant with a limited menu. Prepare kitchen facilities. Make sure all food is stored in appropriate containers at proper holding temperatures. Learn preparations for all menu items in accordance to company quality standards. Prepare and cook simple food items such as pizza, salads, sandwiches, pasta and wings. Ensure all orders are cooked promptly, accurately, and to order. Work with other kitchen staff to ensure all prep duties are completed. Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen. Maintain and monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies. Greet customers and seat them at tables. Take orders. Serve and check on customers. Operate the cash register and accept payment. Buss and set tables. Do dishes. Address customer complaints. Tipped position. Work shifts of 10:00am - 6:00pm or 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Workdays vary Sun-Sat
