Job Duties:

Clear and reset dining room tables after diners have finished eating and take all dirty dishes and utensils to the dishwashing station. Remove used napkins and sanitize the tables. Wash all dishes, utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen equipment. Place cleaned dishes back into rotation. Perform the duties of a barback, assisting bartenders with duties such as supplying and stacking clean glasses and napkins, and assisting in replenishing tapped kegs. Remove all used glassware from the bar area to take to the dishwashing station. Assist bartenders with other duties such as cleaning and sanitizing the bar, replenishing garnish stations, and ensuring that all bar stations are well equipped and supplied. Assist with the sanitizing and closing down of the entire restaurant at the close of the business day. Will work shifts of 9:00 am - 3:00pm or 2:00pm - 9:00pm. Workdays vary Sun-Sat
