- Job Duties:
- Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various groundskeeping tasks. Irrigate plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure proper hydration and growth. Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping features to enhance the overall appearance of the property. Power wash exterior surfaces. Monitor plant health and implement pest control measures as needed. Clear debris from walkways, driveways, and other outdoor areas to maintain safety and cleanliness. Maintain building and grounds appearance to brand standards. Assist in planting new flowers, shrubs, or trees as part of seasonal landscaping projects. Determine whether a maintenance issue requires vendor support or can be done internally. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscape improvement projects.
