- WASH DISHES, UTENSILS, POTS AND PANS BY EITHER HAND OR MACHINE. MAINTAIN KITCHEN WORK AREAS AND EQUIPMENT IN CLEAN, ORDERLY CONDITION. SWEEP AND SCRUB FLOORS. SORT AND REMOVE TRASH. KEEP CANS CLEAN. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 40 POUNDS. CLEAN AND PREPARE VARIOUS FOODS FOR COOKING OR SERVING. ROTATING SHIFTS. HOURS VARY. WEEKEND, HOLIDAY, DAY AND EVENING HOURS. 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE. WILL TRAIN.
