- Job Duties:
- Housekeepers will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor and outdoor common areas at the employer’s property. This includes vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting, stripping dirty linens, removing trash, making beds, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, including dishes, cleaning balconies, and washing windows. Housekeepers will use cloths, soap, and cleaning liquid to clean outdoor seating equipment such as lounge chairs, tables, and benches, and will use brooms, dustpans, and vacuums to sweep the tiled and wooden floors of outdoor seating areas such as balconies, patios, courtyards, and boardwalks.

- Lifting, standing for long periods of time Days and shifts may vary. Holidays, weekends, and evenings required as needed. Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on performance, skill, tenure, or experience. Employer is offering up to 15 hours of overtime per week as needed, but not guaranteed. Optional employer housing is available at a cost of $125 per week with a refundable security deposit of $250. A criminal background check will be required at the employer's expense. Employer is offering paid on the job training. Must be at least 18 years of age. Transportation to and from the optional employer housing to the worksite is provided at no cost to the worker.
