- Job Duties:
- Reading blueprints and technical drawings and constructing the building’s framework according to the plans, rough framing and building wooden structures, including walls, roofs and flooring; joinery work that includes installing joists and studs; sawing and shaping materials and joining them to other materials using hammers and screw drivers with nails, screws, bolts, or glue; installing flashing and securing structural supports, and performing finish work, such as new moldings and interior fixtures. Lifting required up to 50 pounds. Work performed on local area job sites with employer provided transportation to and from the job sites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment.
