- Job Duties:
- Prepare a variety of food items and assist in food preparation, presentation, and expediting. Portion foods such as lobster and smoked salmon for benedicts and bagels. Add finishing touches to dishes such as toast, fruit bowls, salad greens, and toppings. May assist with cooking by placing breakfast meats on the grill and home fries in the fryolator. Maintain a clean work station, including cleanliness of equipment, trash removal, mat washing, mopping, assist the dishwasher as needed, and put away food orders.
