Job Duties:

Employee will be responsible for the preparation and limited cooking-to-order of a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time such as cold and hot Italian subs, French-fries, burgers, salads, paninis, and wraps. They will use pre-cooked items such as meatballs, sausages, and rice balls. They will also be responsible for cutting of herbs, breads, cheeses, lunch meats, vegetables and fruits, for use in salads, soups and appetizers. Short Order Cooks will use grill, fryer, and panini press as needed for same. They will be responsible for maintaining food prep work area including re-stocking and preparing workstation. At times may serve patrons at counters or tables. All tools and equipment will be provided by employer. Two work shifts are available Thursday through Monday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Meals provided during working shifts and potential for overtime available. Limited housing may be available at cost to worker.
