- Job Duties:
- 1. Use machines and power tools to remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from gearcase components after machining for assembly operations 2. Visually inspect parts for burrs, excess material, and sharp edges to ensure all defects are addressed and parts meet specified standards 3. Measure and verify that deburred parts conform to required specifications, using precision instruments to achieve proper surface finish and quality 4. Set up, operate, and maintain deburring tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition
