Job Duties:

***RFI Response*** Installing Sprinkler Systems: The employee will use PVC pipe, sprinkler heads, flexible pipe, fittings, PVC glue, irrigation valves, pick axes and shovels to install exterior residential and commercial lawn sprinkler systems. Spreading and Grading Material: The employee will Case skid-steer machines, shovels, and landscape rakes to spread gravel, topsoil, crusher fines, and road base on residential and commercial properties. Laying Sod: The employee will use linoleum knives to trim and lay live sod on dirt surfaces on residential and commercial properties. Planting Trees: The employee will use a Sany SY35U mini-excavator, shovels, and pick axes to install live trees on residential and commercial properties. Building Retaining Walls: The employee will use a Sany SY35U mini-excavator, shovels, landscape rakes, boulders, concrete blocks, Simons brand concrete forms, concrete, gravel, drain pipes, and soil-reinforcement mesh to install boulder, block, and concrete retaining walls less than four feet in height on residential and commercial properties. Installing Conduit: The employee will use skid steer trenchers, mini-excavators, shovels, pick axes, PVC conduit, pvc glue, sand, gravel, and road base to install and bury electrical conduit underground on residential and commercial properties. Forming and Finishing Small Amounts of Concrete: The employee will use wooden boards, steel concrete forming stakes, screws, drills, hammers, aluminum concrete rakes, magnesium floats, steel trowels, texture brooms, and concrete to form, pour, and finish concrete pads less than 10 yards in size on residential and commercial properties. Installing Landscape Features: The employee will use mini excavators, Case brand skid steers, shovels, landscape rakes, hammers, drills, screws, nails, plastic tanks, concrete, concrete blocks, rubber liner, weed barrier fabric, boulders, gravel, cobble, pebbles, soil, string lines, gasolinepowered compactors, levels, tape measurers, and marking paint to install various landscape features such as waterfalls and paver patios on residential and commercial properties. Fencing: The employee will use shovels, digging bars, post-hole diggers, mini-excavators, skid steer trenchers, string lines, levels, pliers, drills, screws, electric saws, buckets, concrete, vinyl fencing materials, chain link fencing materials, wooden fencing materials, and polyethylene fencing materials to install vinyl, chain link, wooden, and polyethylene fences and manual gates on residential and commercial properties. Cleaning and Sweeping: The employee will use construction brooms, shovels, hoses, and gasoline-powered pressure washing machines to clean and sweep the jobsites and areas surrounding each jobsite on residential and commercial properties. The employer will provide all tools, supplies, and safety equipment necessary to complete each task. ***Original Duties*** Installing sprinkler systems, spreading and grading material, laying sod, planting trees, building retaining walls, installing conduit, forming and finishing small amounts of concrete, installing landscape features, fencing, cleaning and sweeping. Equipment used: Skid steers and mini-excavators.
