- Job Duties:
- Operate concessions stand: Sell food and beverages to customers, accept money, and make change. Food preparation includes deep-frying foods such as French fries, onion rings, and deep-fried oreos, as well as crafting and serving concession foods such as snow cones, corn dogs, candy, popcorn, nachos, etc. Make and serve fresh-squeezed lemonade, slushies, and other premade drinks. Will cut, season, and grill meat for hot sausage and steak n’ cheese. Clean and sanitize trailers daily. Do daily inventory on stock in food trailers.
