Job Duties:

Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, installation of landscaping drains, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Work in rain, snow, extreme heat and/or extreme cold may be required.

Special Requirements:

Worker may be required to take a random drug test, post-hire, at no cost to worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination of employment. Must be physically able to perform job. Must be available for the entire season, able, willing, and qualified to perform the work. F.a.5 A-H. (continued): 8-hour workday. 7am-3pm, Mon-Fri. Some Saturdays and Sundays may be required. Weather may impact exact working hours. OT hours needed and vary from 10-20 hours per week.
