Job Duties:

1. Pool Safety: Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. Be vigilant to prevent accidents and administer basic first aid if necessary and report any incidents. 2. Customer Service: Greet guests, answer their questions, and aid as needed. Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude to enhance the guest experience and remain calm and respectful in the face of tension. 3. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the pool area clean and organized, including picking up trash, arranging pool furniture, and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Perform routine maintenance tasks as required. 4. Chemical Monitoring: Regularly test and monitor pool water chemistry to maintain water quality. Add chemicals as necessary and record results as per safety standards. 5. Report Issues: Report any maintenance, safety, or security issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
