- Tasks: Facilitate food service. Greet and seat patrons. Clean tables and dining room, remove dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; set tables; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes; assist in delivering orders to tables; replenish buffet bar with food; and serve items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons.

- None F.a.5 A-H: 40 hours per week. Varying number of hours per workday depending on shift. Sun-Sat. 40 hrs/wk: Shifts from range 6AM to Midnight, days and shifts vary. Potential shift schedules include: 6 am 1 pm, 10 am 6 pm, 11:30 am 6:30 pm, 3 pm 11 pm. OT varies.
