- WILL TRAIN TO PREPARE, SEASON, AND COOK SOUPS, MEATS, SEAFOOD, POULTRY, VEGETABLES, DESSERTS, AND OTHER FOOD ITEMS IN A RESTAURANT TO THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CHEF. MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF THE WORK AREA AND EQUIPMENT. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 11AM-3:30PM AND/OR 5PM-10PM. AT LEAST 38 HOURS PER WEEK, SCHEDULE EACH WEEK IS THURSDAY THROUGH MONDAY. SPLIT SHIFTS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
