- Job Duties:
- Check in, greet, register, assign rooms, and issue keys to guests. Check out all guests who require check-out service. Handle incoming calls and messages from guests and staff members. Answer inquiries pertaining to club services, reservations, dining and packages. Make, cancel, and confirm reservations. Handle guest complaints. Compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guests.

- Special Requirements:
- Required to stand for long periods of time. Schedule varies, rotating shifts: 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am. 40 hours/week. Overtime varies. The days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling, but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off. The business is open 7 days per week and weekend work will be required.
