Job Duties:
THE RECREATIONAL AIDE RECREATIONAL JOB DUTIES WILL BE PERFORMED IN A RECREATION FACILITY WORKSITE THAT CONSISTS OF VARIOUS AREAS WITHIN THE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, WHERE THE RECREATIONAL AIDE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: MONITORING RANGE SET-UP AND SET-UP OF THE 1ST T ACTIVITIES ON THE GOLF COURSE; AND MONITORING SET-UP ACTIVITIES AT THE ENTRANCES OF THE TENNIS COMPLEX, AQUATIC COMPLEX AND SPA FITNESS FACILITY. PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE TO THE MEMBERSHIP, INCLUDING CHECKING MEMBERSHIP CARDS, AND CONFIRMING RESERVATIONS AT THE ENTRANCES OF THE CLUB HOUSE. ORGANIZING AND MANAGING GOLF BAG STORAGE FACILITIES, AND MANAGING THE TEE SHEET. ARRANGING MERCHANDISE, ASSISTING IN THE PRO SHOP, AND PROVIDING FACILITY INFORMATION TO MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS, AND PERFORMING THE MINOR CLEANING OF GOLF CARTS AND CLUBS. THE RECREATIONAL JOB DUTIES ARE PERFORMED MOSTLY AT THE GOLF COURSE IN THE AREA WHERE GOLF PLAYING BEGINS, THE BAG STOREROOM, THE RANGE AND PRACTICE FACILITY, THE ENTRANCES OF THE TENNIS COMPLEX, AQUATIC COMPLEX AND SPA FITNESS FACILITY AND AT THE CLUB HOUSE. *Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: 40 hrs./wk.; O/T as needed; Variable shifts over 7 days a week 7am-3pm; 10am-6pm as advertised in State Workforce Agency job order, and in other H2B advertisement sources as per employers recruiting requirements for prospective workers under the H-2B program.
